29th December, 2006: SOLD!

First Google buys everything...

15th November, 2006: New episode!

What can I say? Read it and you'll know exactly what I'm saying!

4th November, 2006: News update

We were hacked. The backed up site had bad links and I finally got around to restoring the site. I also intend on releasing the few more episodes I have completed already. I also have ideas for season 2 of TNI, and a third series idea is on the table.

31st May, 2006: Who needed proof?

I finally did it! Episode 15 is here. Go read it. I'm thinking about redesigning the layout a little, as it seems a bit wasteful or cluttered. What do you think?

4th May, 2006: News update

After some server restructuring, there were broken links galore. I have finally fixed them, and opened up a new forum on the network forum dedicated to Blobworld. I wish to apologize for the lack of updates. It's been months, nearly 6 to be realistic. But with things the way they are in life, I'm sure you can understand, Very soon, I intend to get an episode or two up. We are over half way through the first season, with another 12 episodes to come.

Keep in touch!

16 March, 2006: Original series complete!

Well Seph has found the last 4 episodes... actually, the last 6. What was thought long lost has been found along with the last of it that never got published. So check them out here!

13 March, 2006: News update

Ok this is getting beyond a joke. I have not updated this site for four months. No new episodes this time, either. But I have been chatting with Brad Close of Bushvision Mt Gambier, a new TV station starting up where I live, and after reading the comics, they have decided to put together a production team and make a three to four minute long episode for a pilot animation!

WOOHOO!

Seph or Rune, if you want royalties, forget it. Bushvision is a 100% volunteer station. I'm not even getting paid.

By the way, if you have been trying to use the forums, they have been down for a while since the QBasic Network is getting overhauled.

21 November, 2005: "We wish to advise that the number you have called is not connected..."

Oh my goodness... 2 and a half months since the last one! Have I been gone that long already?

"The lack of sleep makes for an interesting train of thought." That's the next thing I thought of immediately after thinking up this one. I was eating toast at midnight, killing time before yet another morning shift at the dairy. I was thinking about how I hate not being online. Blobworld came to mind at that point, and I could see Roy disappearing into thin air mid-conversation... Well that was enough to make me giggle a bit, so I thought it warranted a comic.

Here it is: Episode 14: Disconnected.

2 September, 2005: Things are clear now...

Episode 13 appeared out of nowhere today. I have nothing further to say. Just read it.

Some of you may have worked out that the last episode "Hands" was more of a ploy to get readers to read all the previous ones to see if hands had really been used. Some thought it was funny. Other's didn't get it. The majority fell into the latter category. One even called me a bastard. Go figure.

24 August, 2005: Hand it over!

I was about to go to sleep when this idea struck me. I remember an earlier episode of Blobworld where Roy, I think, had hands. I jumped back out of bed and booted my computer up again. Have a look at episode 12!

In other news, I have finally uploaded the original stuff! The link has been activated. Also, FanArt now has content.

26 July, 2005: Another one!

This latest one, "Outer Space" was inspired by a conversation with Z!re only moments before I drew it up.

In other news, a program has been written by yours truly which you can run to check for a new episode of Blobworld. Although the correct version is only a beta and you have to run it manually to check for new episodes. But soon, you can have it sit in your system tray and notify you in much the same way that MSN Messenger lets you know about stuff. It is available here.

21 July, 2005: Two new episodes!

Something special has happened. Roy has gotten himself into a bit of trouble. This episode needed two parts because it is so long. But each is as funny as the other. Reading it back to myself now, it seems to have lost it's punch. But that's just me since I spent an hour working on it.

I don't know. You decide.

In other news, there will be a comment feature put here where you can comment on any of the episodes as they appear.

14 July, 2005: Blobworld Comics officially launched

Over two months since talking with the creators of the original Blobworld, I have finally gotten off my arse and given the whole clan somewhere to live. Now a few select people have seen everything I have done previously. But I haven't shown everyone else. Now it's your turn! The link to the original series is not connected because I'm not arsed enough today to download every image. But they can be found here. The Next Installation is done.

There are also a few images in the collection of FanArt. If you want to make a comic for the site, send it in! If I like it, it will be turned into one of the series, and yours will go to FanArt. Please be aware that anything you send to the site becomes property of Blobworld Comics.
